User Generated Information and Your Documents

Docufai is designed for you to interact with Your Documents and our AI. In so doing, we store, process, and transmit information contained in Your Documents. The information includes your user generated account information, which enables you to interact with Your Documents on a more individualized basis. We also collect the information you provide when you utilize our Services, e.g., when you sign up for an account or upgrade to paid Services. You can always access, amend, and delete your personal information by logging into Docufai and accessing the user information settings section. When you register an account, Docufai will save the information you enter or upload for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, to the extent possible and absent any legal obligations otherwise, you information will be deleted after 30 days.

Usage Information and Personal Data

Information about how you interact with the Services, including questions you ask Your Documents, is collected. We use this information to enhance our Services. We also collect information on how you interact with Your Documents, such as the date and time you view them, the number of times and length of time you view Your Documents, and which portions of Your Documents you review. Finally, we collect personal data and information related to your IP addresses, the browser and device you use, the web page you visited before coming Docufai. Your devices (depending on their settings) may also transmit location information to the Services. For example, we use device information to detect abuse and troubleshoot issues within our Services.

We collect and use the personal data described above to provide you our Services in consistently and securely. The use personal data for our legitimate business needs. To the extent we process your personal data for other purposes, we will ask for your consent in advance or require that our partners obtain such consent.

Cookies 

We use tools like cookies to provide, improve, protect, and enhance our Services. For example, cookies help with things like recalling your username for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information. You can set your browser to not accept cookies, but this may limit your ability to use the Services.

Updates

Docufai offers some of our Services at no charge. After you register, on occasion, we email you updates when permissible. You can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”

Docufai does not sell your information to third parties, or advertisers. We will only disclose your information to third parties if it is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or appropriate government request; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse; (d) protect rights, property, safety, or interest; or (e) perform a task carried out in the public interest.
